Ladle pourer • Dutsi, Katsina State

Join our team: we are hiring a ladle pourer in Dutsi, Katsina State. The job is on the moulding line. Day to day you will maintain crucibles, ladles and furnace linings; shot-blast castings to clean off burnt sand and scale; prepare green-sand moulds and ram the sand into the moulding boxes; carry out shakeout and knock the castings out of the sand; operate the sand muller and the reclamation plant. What we are looking for: • Comfortable working close to furnaces and molten metal • Willing to work in hot, dusty conditions and rotating shifts • Experience working in a ferrous or non-ferrous foundry 3+ years on the tools preferred.
