Requirements: • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets The role involves: • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in Six days a week, one day off. ₦295,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
