Immediate opening: joiner (Alabama)

Join our team: we are hiring a joiner in Baldwin County, Alabama. The job is on a residential housebuilding project. What we are looking for: • Own basic hand tools • NVQ Level 2/3 in Carpentry and Joinery or equivalent • Accurate to fine tolerances on finish work On a typical shift you will read and work from architectural drawings and cutting lists; fix studwork and plasterboard partitions; glue, clamp, screw and dowel joints together; apply edge banding, veneers and laminate to board; cut mortise-and-tenon and dovetail joints with chisels and a mallet; plane and sand timber to a smooth, square finish.
