What we are looking for: • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets On a typical shift you will follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes.
