Canteen cook wanted in Nottingham

We are recruiting: we are hiring a canteen cook in Nottingham, England. The job is in a hotel kitchen. Your main tasks: • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Prepare the mise en place before each service Ideal candidate: • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat We offer £3,150 per month plus benefits.
