Urgent requirement: we are hiring a tandoor cook in Neemuch, Madhya Pradesh. You will be based at a fast-food outlet. Ideally you have good teamwork and clear communication under pressure; able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies. The role involves chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; prepare the mise en place before each service; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs. 6+ years on the tools preferred.
