Kitchen steward • Summit County, Ohio

Now hiring: we are hiring a kitchen steward in Summit County, Ohio. You will be based at a busy restaurant kitchen. On the job you will handle: • Clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls • Polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass • Load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles • Restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature What we are looking for: • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
