Heavy equipment operator (dozer) • Manatee County, Florida

We are recruiting: we are hiring a heavy equipment operator (dozer) in Manatee County, Florida. You will be based at a land-clearing site. On a typical shift you will rip hard ground and rock using the rear ripper shank; clear land of trees, stumps and debris before earthworks begin; push-load motor scrapers during bulk earthmoving; operate crawler dozers to push and spread fill across the site. Requirements: • Good understanding of cut-and-fill and batter slopes • Physically fit for climbing on and off the machine • Able to read grade stakes, drawings and site levels 3+ years on the tools preferred. Six days a week, one day off. Pay around $3,700 per month, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
