Retail butcher wanted in Bastrop County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a retail butcher in Bastrop County, Texas. Day to day you will dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date; run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone; weigh, price and label cuts for the display case; vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders; keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled. What we are looking for: • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required Full-time with occasional weekends.
