Requirements: • Good eye for joints, levels and overall finish • Own hand tools an advantage The role involves: • Seal natural stone against staining with impregnating sealers • Restore old marble by honing, crystallising and buffing back to finish • Shape edges, bullnoses and bevels with an angle grinder and profiling wheels • Fill cracks, chips and open veins with colour-matched epoxy resin • Fix marble cladding to building facades with anchors and clamps • Cut out sink and hob openings in worktops on site Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
