Immediate opening: we are hiring a powder coating operator in Delaware County, Ohio. You will be based at a powder coating unit. The role involves inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches; keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well; sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper; cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time; reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse; degrease and clean metal parts before coating. Ideal candidate: • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg Full-time with occasional weekends.
