Abattoir worker wanted in Kargil

Vacancy available: we are hiring an abattoir worker in Kargil, Ladakh. Ideal candidate: • 2+ years experience working as a butcher • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate On the job you will handle: • Dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date • Vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders • Season and marinate meat on request • Break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts • Monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain • Debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife ₹140 per hour, negotiable for the right hands.
