Banquet server — Ogu Bolo

Join our team: we are hiring a banquet server in Ogu Bolo, Rivers State. Ideal candidate: • Basic numeracy for handling cash, bills and change • Basic food hygiene and FSSAI awareness You will handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager; polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place; lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery; restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins; carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table; upsell starters, desserts and beverages. 4+ years on the tools preferred.
