Urgent requirement: we are hiring a meat cutter in Daggett County, Utah. The job is at a halal meat counter. Your main tasks: • Dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date • Break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts • Keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled • Weigh, price and label cuts for the display case • Monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain • Trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts Ideal candidate: • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate • 2+ years experience working as a butcher At least 4 year(s) in a similar role. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
