Tandoor cook — Cardiff

Immediate opening: we are hiring a tandoor cook in Cardiff, Wales. The job is at a cloud kitchen. Day-to-day duties: • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases Ideal candidate: • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking Overtime paid at a premium rate.
