We are recruiting: powder coating line operator (Texas)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a powder coating line operator in Willacy County, Texas. Day-to-day duties: • Run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches • Mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time • Inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns You should have: • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew.
