On the job you will handle: • Lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery • Follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules • Clear and reset tables between covers • Polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place • Take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad • Pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left What we are looking for: • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages • Ability to work fast under pressure during peak service Performance bonus on top of base pay.
