Sausage maker — Harrison County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a sausage maker in Harrison County, Texas. You will run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone; vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders; weigh, price and label cuts for the display case; keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled; mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder; sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone. You should have: • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry 1+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time, day shift.
