Counter butcher wanted in Clark County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a counter butcher in Clark County, Illinois. You will be based at a wholesale meat market. You should have: • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling The role involves: • Season and marinate meat on request • Run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone • Debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife • Monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain • Break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts • Keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled Rotating shifts.
