Gardener wanted in Lee County

Now hiring: we are hiring a gardener in Lee County, Kentucky. You will be based on the grounds of a hotel resort. You will cut back tree branches and clear overhanging limbs; dig over and turn the soil and prepare seedbeds; spray pesticides and fungicides to control pests and disease; check and adjust sprinkler timers and irrigation heads; sharpen, clean and oil hand tools and mower blades. Ideal candidate: • Able to safely operate mowers, strimmers and hedge trimmers • Good knowledge of common plants, shrubs and seasonal planting Meals and transport allowance provided.
