Now hiring: we are hiring a dough maker in Remo North, Ogun State. You will be based at a cake shop. What we are looking for: • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics Day to day you will weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe; decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream; pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls; keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards.
