Great opportunity: hoist operator (Ladakh)

Join our team: we are hiring a hoist operator in Leh, Ladakh. You will work on a bridge and infrastructure project. The role involves: • Work out the load weight and the lifting radius • Watch the load moment indicator (LMI) and stay within rated capacity • Follow hand signals and radio calls from the banksman or slinger • Set up the outriggers and level the crane on firm ground • Park up the crane, stow the jib and isolate at end of shift Ideal candidate: • Current medical and eyesight certificate • Proven experience on mobile, tower or overhead cranes • A good head for heights for tower crane work Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
