Food and beverage server wanted in Kent County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a food and beverage server in Kent County, Michigan. You will take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad; handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager; check back during the meal and handle special requests; punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket). What we are looking for: • Basic numeracy for handling cash, bills and change • Ability to work fast under pressure during peak service • Basic food hygiene and FSSAI awareness Rotating shifts.
