Immediate opening: we are hiring a dough maker in Yunusari, Yobe State. Day to day you will laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream; check finished products for colour, crumb and weight; shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand. You should have: • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
