Vacancy available: we are hiring a bread and bun maker in Champhai, Mizoram. On the job you will handle: • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them • Score the top of loaves before baking Requirements: • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
