Vacancy available: catering cook (Madhya Pradesh)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a catering cook in Raisen, Madhya Pradesh. You should bring able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies; familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking. On a typical shift you will keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs. Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. We offer ₹650 per day plus benefits. Full-time with occasional weekends. Contact us to fix an interview.
