Great opportunity: sausage maker (Plateau State)

Join our team: we are hiring a sausage maker in Shendam, Plateau State. Day to day you will portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights; season and marinate meat on request; debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife; keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools. You should have: • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler 2+ years on the tools preferred.
