Ideal candidate: • Able to read setting-out drawings and tile layouts • Able to work to deadlines on busy sites • A good eye for level, plumb and even grout lines Day-to-day duties: • Match the tile pattern and coursing across the walls • Set out the tile layout and snap reference lines with a chalk line • Set out mosaic sheets and trim them to fit the edges • Make curved cuts and holes with an angle grinder and tile drill bits • Level large-format tiles with a tile levelling system • Lay floor and wall tiles to plumb and level using a spirit level Pay around $4,800 per month, based on your experience. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
