Immediate opening: we are hiring a powder spray gun operator in Piatt County, Illinois. The job is on an industrial coating line. What we are looking for: • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes You will keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well; inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches; pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks; reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse; record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness. At least 1 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
