Great opportunity: we are hiring a bread baker in Agatu, Benue State. The job is at a busy bakery. Ideal candidate: • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens On the job you will handle: • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch At least 2 year(s) in a similar role. We offer ₦260,000 per month plus benefits. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
