Urgent requirement: oven operator (Georgia)

Great opportunity: we are hiring an oven operator in Chatham County, Georgia. On a typical shift you will boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them; laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls; prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds. Requirements: • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • Accurate at weighing and following recipes Full-time with occasional weekends.
