Head butcher — Ihiala

Day-to-day duties: • Weigh, price and label cuts for the display case • Portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights • Take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking • Mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder • Debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife You should have: • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths • 2+ years experience working as a butcher At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
