Milling machine operator — Saki West

Vacancy available: we are hiring a milling machine operator in Saki West, Oyo State. Your main tasks: • Apply cutting coolant and clear swarf from the machine bed • Machine slots, pockets, flats, keyways and contours to drawing • Mount workpieces in machine vices, clamps and fixtures and check for square • Measure features with vernier callipers, micrometers and bore gauges • Load and edit CNC programs (G-code) at the Fanuc/Siemens control • Set tool offsets and the work zero (G54) using an edge finder or probe Ideal candidate: • ITI/NCVT certificate in machinist or turner trade • Able to grind and set HSS cutters • 2-3 years' hands-on milling experience Six days a week, one day off.
