Your main tasks: • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations Ideally you have able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies; strong knife skills and speed on the line.
