Lathe programmer-operator wanted in Dimmit County

Join our team: we are hiring a lathe programmer-operator in Dimmit County, Texas. On a typical shift you will run facing, turning, boring, grooving and threading cycles; change worn carbide inserts and monitor tool wear; measure finished parts with micrometers and vernier calipers; read engineering drawings and interpret GD&T tolerances; watch the machine through the cycle and clear alarms or crashes; check diameters and lengths against the spec sheet. Requirements: • Confident with micrometers, vernier calipers and bore gauges • Minimum 2 years on CNC lathes with Fanuc or Siemens controls Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. Pay around $4,000 per project, based on your experience. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
