Great opportunity: we are hiring a pastry baker in Dade County, Georgia. What we are looking for: • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Accurate at weighing and following recipes The role involves: • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity We offer $4,250 per project plus benefits.
