You should have: • Able to set up and use a frame/jig straightening bench • Attention to detail and a clean, even finish • Steady hand for filler work and block sanding The role involves MIG-weld and spot-weld new panels into place; read insurance damage reports and assessor estimates; shrink stretched and oil-canned metal with a shrinking hammer; measure and set panel gaps for an even shut line; feather-edge old paint and prime bare metal before respray; mask off glass, rubbers and trim before painting.
