The role involves stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat; hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage; mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape; record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness; set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow. Ideal candidate: • Willing to work shifts and overtime • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes Part-time with flexible hours.
