Immediate opening: restaurant steward (Oregon)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a restaurant steward in Jackson County, Oregon. The role involves: • Lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery • Punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket) • Check back during the meal and handle special requests • Follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules • Handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager • Take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad What we are looking for: • Basic food hygiene and FSSAI awareness • Ability to carry loaded trays and stay on your feet for long shifts We offer $2,500 per month plus benefits.
