Counter butcher wanted in Gilchrist County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a counter butcher in Gilchrist County, Florida. On the job you will handle: • Run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone • Portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights • Dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date • Season and marinate meat on request • Vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders What we are looking for: • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day At least 3 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time, day shift. Meals and transport allowance provided. Walk-in interviews this week.
