Bread baker wanted in Lamb County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a bread baker in Lamb County, Texas. The job is at an in-store supermarket bakery. You will decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream; shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand; laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; load and unload the deck oven with a peel; knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds. You should have: • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
