Coating plant operator — Bath County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a coating plant operator in Bath County, Kentucky. You will be based in a metal finishing workshop. Your main tasks: • Reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse • Hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage • Apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun • Degrease and clean metal parts before coating • Inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches Requirements: • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
