Immediate opening: we are hiring a powder coating sprayer in Gwarzo, Kano State. The job is on an industrial coating line. On a typical shift you will hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage; check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns; top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations; run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches; reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse; keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well. Ideal candidate: • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens Rotating shifts.
