We are recruiting: we are hiring a fine-dining server in Stevens County, Washington. You will work at a rooftop bar and grill. You should have: • Basic food hygiene and FSSAI awareness • Ability to carry loaded trays and stay on your feet for long shifts • Basic numeracy for handling cash, bills and change Day to day you will check back during the meal and handle special requests; follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules; take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad; upsell starters, desserts and beverages; raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments. 1+ years on the tools preferred.
