We are recruiting: restaurant steward (Plateau State)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a restaurant steward in Pankshin, Plateau State. You will be based at a busy restaurant. What we are looking for: • Basic numeracy for handling cash, bills and change • Prior experience as a waiter in a restaurant or hotel Your main tasks: • Carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table • Upsell starters, desserts and beverages • Check back during the meal and handle special requests • Follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules • Lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery • Restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins Rotating shifts.
