Urgent requirement: we are hiring a heavy equipment operator in Wayne County, Nebraska. Ideal candidate: • Confident working to fine grade and tight tolerances • Sound understanding of daily maintenance and greasing The role involves: • Clear sites, demolish structures and load out muck and rubble • Strip and stockpile topsoil ready for reuse • Grade, level and batter slopes to the required gradient • Work safely around buried services with a banksman or spotter • Swap buckets and attachments — rock breaker, grab, ripper, auger Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
