Pastry baker — Roscommon County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a pastry baker in Roscommon County, Michigan. You will roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing; weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe; load and unload the deck oven with a peel. What we are looking for: • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • Accurate at weighing and following recipes Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
