Great opportunity: we are hiring a halal butcher in Dakota County, Minnesota. The job is in a meat processing plant. Requirements: • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling You will portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights; break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts; monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain; take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking; season and marinate meat on request. Full-time with occasional weekends. Meals and transport allowance provided. Walk-in interviews this week.
