We are recruiting: we are hiring a manufacturing operative in Brown County, Texas. What we are looking for: • Basic reading skills to follow SOPs and labels • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts • Comfortable with repetitive, fast-paced work The role involves: • Report machine faults and stoppages to the line supervisor • Move work-in-progress between stations on a hand trolley • Check products against the sample for colour, size and finish • Record output figures and downtime on the production log • Carry out in-line quality checks and reject defective pieces • Feed raw material into the hopper and monitor the flow 2+ years on the tools preferred. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
