Join our team: we are hiring a deboner in Lee County, Virginia. Day to day you will mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder; portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights; dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date; debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife. You should have: • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate • 2+ years experience working as a butcher • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required 2+ years on the tools preferred.
